I travel a lot by train, but I haven't been in one that looks that luxurious.JLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05652624673752843793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35680680.post-36772438934546594052010-04-05T00:11:39.028+10:002010-04-05T00:11:39.028+10:00Thanks for the kind words Marie.
And thanks also ...Thanks for the kind words Marie.

And thanks also for the reminder. I wrote this based on my previous travels: Travelling With Type 2 http://loraldiabetes.blogspot.com/2009/02/air-travel-travel-by-air-has-become-bit.html

However, I have found it a little more difficult on this trip. Complicating matters is the added need to avoid salads and fruits which cannot be peeled; they lead too quickly to the "Traveller's Curse" with gastro problems. Despite my precautions I suffered from that in Nazca and have just now recovered. Jetlag also has an effect on the rhythms of my daily carb tolerance. I got over the time adjustments for sleeping patterns very quickly but it took over a week before my body was back to it's usual patterns for carbs.

It may be time to review and up-date that past post.

Cheers, AlanAlanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02868809225921579099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35680680.post-90814595361229804432010-04-04T23:38:53.487+10:002010-04-04T23:38:53.487+10:00Hi Alan,
